Reserve Your Spot
Submit your request and place a $60 deposit to get started (you’ll receive an invoice by email). This deposit secures your spot and covers the initial drafts. Please upload 1–2 photos of your house (a front view works best). If you’re unable to upload, you can email them to gracejuliusart@gmail.com.

Carving & Printing
The house will be carved on a linoleum block and printed. Once the print is finished, the remaining balance is due.

Shipping
After payment, your print will be packaged and shipped to you. Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the prices below.

Timeline
Most custom house prints take about 3–4 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on size and order volume.

The Imperfect, Perfect House Print is a linocut print that reflects what makes a house a home.

A home is where memories gather- mornings rushing out the door, late nights watching just ONE more episode of Gilmore Girls, and time with roommates you may never cross paths with again. It’s laughter in the hallway, endless game nights, and Sunday dinners with family and friends.

It also holds the hardest parts of life— sorrow, tears, and nights spent finishing off a pint of ice cream while trying to make sense of a breakup. Though the ice cream part isn’t the worst.

The house print is not meant to be polished. It captures only the bare bones, leaving space for your mind to fill in the parts that truly matter— the memories only you’ve experienced.
