These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services provided by gracejuliusART LLC, including custom art orders, prints, and original artwork. By placing an order, submitting a request, or using this site in any way, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and Payments

All orders are processed through Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe). Payment information is securely handled by Stripe, and gracejuliusART LLC does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price listed at checkout.

Deposits and Custom Work

A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required to begin custom house prints. Different commissioned projects may require different deposit amounts, which will be communicated before work begins. The deposit secures your spot and covers the creation of initial drafts.

Drafts will be shared for review prior to final printing or painting. The remaining balance is due before the completed work is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in item prices. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, holidays, or customs delays. Additionally, gracejuliusART LLC is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

All artwork, images, and written content on this website are the property of gracejuliusART LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or imagery without written permission. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

gracejuliusART LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or from products purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
