Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged. To request a replacement or report damage, please email gracejuliusart@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed securely through Squarespace Payments (via Stripe) and typically return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
